What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 3 PM daily, and check-out is by 11 AM.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out? Is there a fee?

Early check-in and late check-out may be available, depending on availability. A small additional fee may apply for late check-outs.

What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?

Crash pad cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will be charged a one-night room rate plus tax to the card used at booking.

Is the front desk staffed 24 hours a day?

Our front desk is always on the clock, ready to lend a hand whenever you need.

What is the minimum age to check in?

You gotta be at least 18 to check in.

Is parking available at the hotel?

We’ve got on-site self-parking for all our guests.

Is parking free or is there a fee?

Parking is just $10 a day, a small price for peace of mind while you’re diggin’ LA.

Do you allow pets? What is your pet policy?

We don't want to be a wet rag, but Sparky and Rover have to stay home. Service Animals are welcome.

Put out your smokes, all of our crash pads are 100% smoke-free!
